Privacy Policy

How SaaS Shift handles personal information, access data, and cookies.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Our approach

SaaS Shift (“this site”) respects reader privacy and aims to collect only what is necessary. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

Information we collect

Information you provide when contacting us

If you contact us via the form on the contact page, we receive your email address, name, and message. We use this only to reply and review your inquiry, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent.

Contact form submissions use Formspree (operated by Formspree, Inc.). Messages reach our team via Formspree and are used only for replies. For how Formspree handles data, see Formspree’s privacy policy.

Access-related information

When you browse this site, hosting and CDN providers may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, referrer URL, and access time. This is used to provide the service, prevent abuse, and respond to outages.

Cookies

This site itself does not set cookies to personally identify readers. Cookies or similar technologies may be used in the following cases.

  • Affiliate tracking cookies ― If you click an affiliate link in an article, the destination provider or affiliate service provider may set a cookie for conversion tracking. That cookie is managed by the destination party; we cannot access its contents.
  • Cookies from third-party services ― Analytics or other third-party services may set cookies. Vercel Web Analytics, which we use today, does not use cookies. If we later introduce Google Analytics or similar tools, those services may set cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from reading articles on this site.

Analytics tools

To improve this site, we use Vercel Web Analytics (provided by Vercel).

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. It collects anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page views. We use that data only for statistical analysis and site improvement, not to identify individuals. We may later introduce additional tools such as Google Analytics. If we do, those tools may use cookies to collect anonymous usage data, and we will update this policy accordingly.

We may use Google Search Console to review search performance. Data we obtain from it is aggregated—such as queries and impressions—and does not identify individual visitors.

Links to third-party services

This site links to external sites, including official SaaS and AI tool sites. How those sites handle information is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for personal data handling on linked sites.

Hosting

We use external hosting for content delivery. In providing that service, the providers may record the access logs described above.

Disclaimer

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or currency. SaaS pricing and features can change, so confirm final details on each service’s official site. We are not liable for damages arising from use of information on this site.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy for legal or service changes. For material updates, we will note them by updating the last-updated date on this page.
